Chaptersof The Phylaxis Society mirror the goals and purposes of The Phylaxis Society insofar as the resources of the chapter allow and insofar as such goals and purposes may be appropriate to a local chapter. It will be the primary goal of chapters to encourage research into the history of Prince Hall Masonry. A secondary but essential goal of chapters will be to promote goodwill toward the Society and to encourage eligible Masons to join our ranks.
Chaptersof The Phylaxis Society are integral units of the Society. Chapters are entitled to voice their concerns at every annual session of the Society and should make an effort to subsidize the attendance of their president or a designated representative at the annual session.
