SPECIAL AFFAIRS
A Program Director for special Affairs is appointed from time-to-time, supervised by the president of the Council of 459, and is assigned specific projects to complete.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
The program director will:
a. Administer and plan a special documentary on Prince Hall.
b. Establish a staff of officers within the directorate as necessary to complete the assigned tasks.
c. The program director is a member of the Council of 459 and as such will submit reports based on guidelines issued by the President of the Council of 459.
